Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your IRONIQS account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Authorization number.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the products in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the items are unworn and unwashed.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your return portal to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
